Canine360 is the parent app for families at a licensed kennel. It talks only to that kennel’s own Canine360 OS. A Prosper parent cannot see Eastside pets, and Eastside cannot see Cooper.

We store the email you sign in with, your dogs, stays, and chat messages needed to quote and book. Chat is the home screen. The server agent may call parent tools (pets, eligibility, quote, book, house rules, talk-to-human). It never skips vaccine, eval, capacity, or deposit gates. It never sends payment card numbers to a model. Spoken turns use ElevenLabs when a key is configured; if voice is down you still type in the same thread. Facility-phone Twilio is a later staff SKU.

In-app chat is core kennel software. It is not hidden behind a concierge license. Facility phone concierge is a separate staff SKU.

Talk to a human creates a staff task at your kennel. We do not auto-post, CRM-blast, or text a marketing list.

You can delete your parent login from Me → Delete account, or from the account deletion page. Kennel care records stay with the facility that boarded your dog.
